### sec.82 Judgment for return of goods or payment of their value This section applies if judgment is given under section 80 (2) (b) that the defendant return specific goods, or pay their value, to the plaintiff. If the value of the goods has been assessed— the judgment must provide for payment of the amount assessed; and the plaintiff may enforce the judgment as a money order for the amount assessed if the defendant does not return the goods. If the value of the goods has not been assessed— the judgment must provide for the value to be assessed; and the plaintiff may have the value assessed and may enforce the judgment as a money order for the amount assessed if the defendant does not return the goods.
