### sec.66 Surviving proceeding other than by personal representative If a person, other than the personal representative of the deceased person, brings a proceeding under this part, the person— may also, on behalf of the estate of the deceased person, pursue any cause of action that survives under the Succession Act 1981 , section 66 ; and must account to the personal representative for any amount the person recovers under paragraph (a) . - (a) may also, on behalf of the estate of the deceased person, pursue any cause of action that survives under the Succession Act 1981 , section 66 ; and - (b) must account to the personal representative for any amount the person recovers under paragraph (a) .
