### sec.54 Preservation of confidentiality
An ADR convenor must not, without reasonable excuse, disclose information coming to the ADR convenor’s knowledge during an ADR process.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse to disclose information if the disclosure is made—
with the agreement of all the parties to the ADR process; or
for the purpose of giving effect to this part; or
for statistical purposes not likely to reveal the identity of a person to whom the information relates; or
for an inquiry or proceeding about an offence happening during the ADR process; or
for a proceeding founded on fraud alleged to be connected with, or to have happened during, the ADR process; or
under a requirement imposed under an Act.
