### sec.36 Evidence from relevant conference
Evidence of anything done or said, an admission made, or a document tendered, at a relevant conference about a dispute is admissible at the trial of the dispute or in another civil proceeding in the court or elsewhere only if—
all the parties to the dispute agree; or
the evidence is an agreement under section 35 .
In this section—
civil proceeding does not include a civil proceeding founded on fraud alleged to be connected with, or to have happened during, a relevant conference.
(sec.36-ssec.1) Evidence of anything done or said, an admission made, or a document tendered, at a relevant conference about a dispute is admissible at the trial of the dispute or in another civil proceeding in the court or elsewhere only if— all the parties to the dispute agree; or the evidence is an agreement under section 35 .
(sec.36-ssec.2) In this section— civil proceeding does not include a civil proceeding founded on fraud alleged to be connected with, or to have happened during, a relevant conference.
- (a) all the parties to the dispute agree; or
- (b) the evidence is an agreement under section 35 .
