### sec.106 No new trial because of ruling about duty A new trial must not be granted only because a court has ruled that— a document or transaction is properly stamped or is not required to be stamped; or duty has been paid or is not required to be paid on a document or transaction. - (a) a document or transaction is properly stamped or is not required to be stamped; or - (b) duty has been paid or is not required to be paid on a document or transaction.
