### sec.103ZC Reimbursement of representative party’s costs
If the court makes an award of damages in a representative proceeding, any person who is or was a representative party or a sub-group representative party in the proceeding may apply to the court for an order under this section.
If, on an application under this section, the court is satisfied the costs reasonably incurred in relation to the representative proceeding by the applicant are likely to exceed the costs recoverable by the applicant from the defendant, the court may order an amount equal to the whole or part of the excess be paid to the applicant out of the damages awarded.
On an application under this section, the court may also make any other order it considers just.
