### sec.103N Individual issues
In giving directions under section 103M , the court may allow an individual group member to appear in the proceeding for the purpose of deciding an issue that relates only to the claims of that member.
If an individual group member is allowed to appear under subsection (1) , the individual group member, and not the representative party, is liable for costs associated with deciding the issue.
