### sec.103I Fewer than 7 group members If, at any stage of a representative proceeding, it appears likely to the court that there are fewer than 7 group members, the court may, on the conditions it considers appropriate— order that the proceeding be continued under this part; or order that the proceeding no longer continue under this part. s 103I ins 2016 No. 59 s 10 - (a) order that the proceeding be continued under this part; or - (b) order that the proceeding no longer continue under this part.
