### sec.51 Review of particular decisions
This section applies if—
before the commencement—
a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1; and
the review has not been completed; or
on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1 has started but not finished.
This Act as it was in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply for the purpose of completion of the review of the reviewable decision.
If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1, the registered relationship is taken to be registered as a civil partnership under this Act.
If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 2, the termination of the registered relationship is taken to be registered as the termination of the civil partnership under this Act.

(sec.51-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement— a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1; and the review has not been completed; or on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1 has started but not finished.
(sec.51-ssec.2) This Act as it was in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply for the purpose of completion of the review of the reviewable decision.
(sec.51-ssec.3) If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1, the registered relationship is taken to be registered as a civil partnership under this Act.
(sec.51-ssec.4) If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 2, the termination of the registered relationship is taken to be registered as the termination of the civil partnership under this Act.
- (a) before the commencement— (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1; and (ii) the review has not been completed; or
- (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1; and
- (ii) the review has not been completed; or
- (b) on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1 has started but not finished.
- (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1; and
- (ii) the review has not been completed; or
