### sec.43 Review of decisions made before commencement This section applies if— before the commencement— a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1; and the review has not been completed; or on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1 has started but not finished. The Act as it was in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply for the purpose of completion of the review of the reviewable decision. If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision, the relationship is taken to be registered as a registered relationship under this Act. s 43 ins 2012 No. 12 s 24 (sec.43-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement— a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1; and the review has not been completed; or on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1 has started but not finished. (sec.43-ssec.2) The Act as it was in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply for the purpose of completion of the review of the reviewable decision. (sec.43-ssec.3) If QCAT makes an order setting aside the reviewable decision, the relationship is taken to be registered as a registered relationship under this Act. - (a) before the commencement— (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1; and (ii) the review has not been completed; or - (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1; and - (ii) the review has not been completed; or - (b) on the commencement, the period within which a person may apply for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1 has started but not finished. - (i) a person has applied for the review of a reviewable decision mentioned in former schedule 1, item 1; and - (ii) the review has not been completed; or
