### sec.33 Civil partnerships under corresponding laws A regulation may provide that a relationship under a corresponding law is taken to be registered as a civil partnership under this Act. In this section— corresponding law means a law of another State or country prescribed by regulation to be a corresponding law for this Act. s 33 amd 2012 No. 12 s 21 ; 2015 No. 33 s 24 (sec.33-ssec.1) A regulation may provide that a relationship under a corresponding law is taken to be registered as a civil partnership under this Act. (sec.33-ssec.2) In this section— corresponding law means a law of another State or country prescribed by regulation to be a corresponding law for this Act.
