### sec.25 Ending show cause process without further action If, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the registrar no longer considers the ground exists to cancel the registration, the registrar— must not take further action about the show cause notice; and must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the person that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice. s 25 prev s 25 om 2012 No. 12 s 17 pres s 25 ins 2015 No. 33 s 20 - (a) must not take further action about the show cause notice; and - (b) must, as soon as practicable, give notice to the person that no further action will be taken about the show cause notice.
