### sec.20A Annual registration fee and annual return
A person registered as a civil partnership notary under section 20 must—
give the registrar the annual registration fee prescribed by regulation by the day prescribed by regulation; and
by the day prescribed by regulation, give the registrar an annual return, in the approved form, about the information given for the application for the registration.
The approved form may require the form, or information or documents included in, attached to or given with the form, to be verified by a statutory declaration.

(sec.20A-ssec.1) A person registered as a civil partnership notary under section 20 must— give the registrar the annual registration fee prescribed by regulation by the day prescribed by regulation; and by the day prescribed by regulation, give the registrar an annual return, in the approved form, about the information given for the application for the registration.
