### sec.14 How civil partnership is terminated
A civil partnership is terminated on—
the death of either party; or
the marriage of either party.
A civil partnership may also be terminated under section 19 .

(sec.14-ssec.1) A civil partnership is terminated on— the death of either party; or the marriage of either party.
