### sec.89 Existing prescribed amounts
This section applies in relation to each amount that, immediately before the commencement, was prescribed by regulation for or under former section 58(1)(b), 62(2) or 64(2) for a period.
The amount continues to have effect as if it had been fixed under new section 75(1).
The Minister may, for information only, include the amount in the notice made by the Minister under new section 75(1) as the amount fixed for or under section 58(1)(b), 62(2) or 64(2) for the period.
