### sec.81 Awards of damages for loss of earnings It is declared that section 54, as amended by the Civil Liability (Dust Diseases) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , applies in relation to all awards for damages for loss of earnings made on or after the commencement of this section, whether or not liability for the loss arose before or after the commencement.
