### sec.74 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may do any of the following—
prescribe offences for a contravention of a regulation, and fix a maximum penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention;
prescribe fees payable under this Act.
