### sec.51 Definitions for ch 3 In this chapter— general damages means damages for— pain and suffering; or loss of amenities of life; or loss of expectation of life; or disfigurement. injury means personal injury. - (a) pain and suffering; or - (b) loss of amenities of life; or - (c) loss of expectation of life; or - (d) disfigurement.
