### sec.33P Continuity of offices This section applies for the purpose of section 33G . It is sufficient that an office in the institution is substantially the same as it was when the relevant cause of action accrued. If there is no current office in the institution that is the same or substantially the same as the relevant office mentioned in section 33G (1) (b) , the current head of the institution is taken to be the current office holder. s 33P ins 2019 No. 34 s 4 (sec.33P-ssec.1) This section applies for the purpose of section 33G . (sec.33P-ssec.2) It is sufficient that an office in the institution is substantially the same as it was when the relevant cause of action accrued. (sec.33P-ssec.3) If there is no current office in the institution that is the same or substantially the same as the relevant office mentioned in section 33G (1) (b) , the current head of the institution is taken to be the current office holder.
