### sec.33 Court may give directions
This section applies for the purposes of this part in relation to a claim for damages.
To the extent a matter about the court’s procedure is not provided for by rules of court, the matter may be dealt with by a direction under subsection (3) .
On application by a party, the court may give directions about the way a matter not dealt with by the rules is to proceed.
