### sec.39D Forensic reportable offenders
A forensic reportable offender must comply with the reporting obligations imposed on the offender under this part for the period—
starting when an offender reporting order made with a forensic order under the Mental Health Act 2016 is imposed on the person; and
ending when the forensic order is revoked.
