### sec.30 Power to take fingerprints
This section applies if a reportable offender makes a report under this part in person to a police officer.
The police officer may take, or cause a person authorised by the officer to take, the reportable offender’s fingerprints.

(sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if a reportable offender makes a report under this part in person to a police officer.
