### sec.26 How other reports must be made
A reportable offender must make a report the offender is required to make under this part, other than the offender’s initial report—
if a reporting obligations notice given to the offender states a way in which the report must be made—in the stated way; or
otherwise—
in a way in which the report may be made stated in a reporting obligations notice given to the offender; or
in a way allowed under a regulation.
If, under subsection (1) (a) , a reportable offender is required to make a report in person, the offender must make the report at the place stated in a reporting obligations notice given to the offender as the place where the report must be made.
The place stated in the reporting obligations notice may be a police station.
A police officer, or another person approved by the police commissioner, may receive a report made by a reportable offender.
