### sec.13ZI Nature of appeal
The appeal is by way of rehearing and, subject to section 13ZH , under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999 or, to the extent the rules can not be applied to the appeal, in accordance with directions given by a judge of—
for a child respondent—the Childrens Court; or
otherwise—the District Court.
Despite subsection (1) , further evidence may not be admitted on the appeal.
An appeal against a relevant decision does not stay the operation of the relevant order, unless the appeal court orders otherwise.
