### sec.13ZC Varying registered corresponding order
The police commissioner, or the respondent, may apply to the court under the relevant rules of court for a variation of a registered corresponding order.
In deciding the application, the court must consider—
anything that must be considered under sections 13C and 13D on an application for a prohibition order under section 13C ; and
any changes in the respondent’s circumstances since the registered corresponding order was registered or last varied.
Also, section 13Q (2) , (3) and (5) applies to the application as if a reference in the subsections to an offender prohibition order were a reference to a registered corresponding order.
