### sec.12F Appeal under Criminal Code
If a court makes an offender reporting order against a person under section 12B , the person may appeal against the making of the order under the Criminal Code , chapter 67 .
If a court refuses an application for an offender reporting order to be made against a person under section 12B , the Attorney-General may appeal against the refusal under the Criminal Code , chapter 67 .
For subsections (1) and (2) , the Criminal Code , chapter 67 applies as if the order, or the refusal, were a sentence pronounced on conviction of the person for an indictable offence.
