### sec.11 References to other terms and concepts
A single offence is 1 or more offences committed against the same person within a single period of 24 hours that, together, are taken to be 1 offence.
A reference to doing a thing in person is a reference to doing the thing by personal attendance at a place, and is not a reference to attending the place by phone or by other electronic means.
