### sec.23 Existing development applications—Gregory outstation Former part 4 continues to apply in relation to an existing development application as if the amending Act had not been enacted. In this section— existing development application means a development application— made under the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009 for the use or development to which former part 4 applied; and to which the Planning Act 2016 , section 288 applies. former part 4 means part 4 as in force immediately before the commencement. s 23 ins 2016 No. 27 s 126 (sec.23-ssec.1) Former part 4 continues to apply in relation to an existing development application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
