### sec.18 Effect of resumption and grant of rights in relation to native title interests
It is Parliament’s intention that—
this Act and anything done under this Act does not extinguish and has not extinguished any native title in land; and
the non-extinguishment principle under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) applies to anything done under this Act.
