### sec.34 Establishment of student association The Central Queensland University Student Association is established. The student association— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (sec.34-ssec.1) The Central Queensland University Student Association is established. (sec.34-ssec.2) The student association— is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and has a common seal; and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. - (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and - (b) has a common seal; and - (c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
