### sec.95 Copy of order to be served
An order by a referee shall be made in writing and a copy thereof, certified by the referee to be a true copy, shall be served by the referee on each of the following persons—
the body corporate for the parcel to which the order relates;
the applicant for the order;
any person to whom notice of the application has been given pursuant to section 73 (1) ;
any person who, by the order, is required to do, or to refrain from doing, a specified act.
The copy of the order duly certified shall be accompanied by a statement setting out the reasons for the referee’s decision.
