### sec.79 Order with respect to certain consents affecting common property Where, pursuant to an application by a proprietor for an order under this section, the referee considers that the body corporate for the parcel to which the application relates has unreasonably refused to consent to a proposal by that proprietor— to effect improvements on or alterations to the common property; or to have carried out repairs to any damage to the common property or any other property of the body corporate; the referee may make an order that the body corporate consent to the proposal. s 79 amd 1988 No. 23 s 60 - (a) to effect improvements on or alterations to the common property; or - (b) to have carried out repairs to any damage to the common property or any other property of the body corporate;
