### sec.40A Body corporate may require information as to letting of lot A proprietor, or real estate agent recorded on the roll pursuant to a notice given under section 53 (14) , shall, upon application made to him or her in writing in respect of a lot by the body corporate, certify whether, at the material time, the lot has or had been let by him or her and, if so, the name of the person to whom it has or had been let. s 40A ins 1988 No. 23 s 30
