### sec.16 Shelter
Every proprietor of a lot in a building units plan shall be entitled to have the proprietor’s lot sheltered by all such parts of the building as are capable of affording shelter.
The right created by this section shall be an easement to which such parts aforesaid of the building shall be subject.
The easement for shelter created by this section shall entitle the proprietor of the dominant tenement to enter on the servient tenement to replace, renew or restore any shelter.
(sec.16-ssec.1) Every proprietor of a lot in a building units plan shall be entitled to have the proprietor’s lot sheltered by all such parts of the building as are capable of affording shelter.
