### sec.146 Elected persons who are not electable persons This section applies if a person elected as chairperson, secretary or treasurer of a body corporate, or as a member of a committee, immediately before the commencement is not an electable person for the body corporate. On the commencement, the person vacates the person’s office. Section 43(3) to (8) applies in relation to the vacancy.
