### sec.143 Approved forms This section applies to a form approved under the Building Units and Group Titles Regulation 2008 , section 4 as in force before the commencement if the form is in force immediately before the commencement. From the commencement, the form is taken to be— if the form was approved for use for section 41 or 117—a form approved by the referee under section 133B(1); or if the form was approved for use in relation to a titles registry function performed under this Act—a form approved by the registrar of titles under section 133B(2); or otherwise—a form approved by the chief executive under section 133B(3). s 143 ins 2021 No. 12 s 56 (sec.143-ssec.1) This section applies to a form approved under the Building Units and Group Titles Regulation 2008 , section 4 as in force before the commencement if the form is in force immediately before the commencement.
