### sec.133 Offences Any person (including a body corporate) who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act, other than schedule 3 , commits an offence against this Act and, if no penalty is expressly provided for that offence, shall be liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding 6 2 / 3 penalty units. An offence against this Act shall be prosecuted in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 . s 133 amd 2005 No. 14 s 2 sch (sec.133-ssec.1) Any person (including a body corporate) who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of this Act, other than schedule 3 , commits an offence against this Act and, if no penalty is expressly provided for that offence, shall be liable on conviction to a penalty not exceeding 6 2 / 3 penalty units.
