### sec.110 Refund of prescribed deposit
Upon the final determination of an application made under this part, the prescribed deposit which accompanied the application shall, unless the referee, the tribunal or the Court making that determination otherwise directs on the ground that the application was frivolous, vexatious, misconceived or without substance, be refunded to the applicant.
