### sec.11 Amalgamation of lots
Two or more lots may be amalgamated into 1 lot with the approval of the local government by the registration of a building units plan of amalgamation or group titles plan of amalgamation.
The lot entitlement of a lot created by the amalgamation of 2 or more lots shall be the sum of the lot entitlements of those lots.
When registering a building units plan of amalgamation or group titles plan of amalgamation the registrar of titles shall amend the original plan and the schedule of lot entitlements endorsed thereon in the manner prescribed.
(sec.11-ssec.1) Two or more lots may be amalgamated into 1 lot with the approval of the local government by the registration of a building units plan of amalgamation or group titles plan of amalgamation.
(sec.11-ssec.2) The lot entitlement of a lot created by the amalgamation of 2 or more lots shall be the sum of the lot entitlements of those lots.
