### sch.2-sec.6 Quorum
Business shall not be considered at a meeting unless the number of persons present at that meeting either personally or by proxy and entitled to vote constitutes a quorum.
Except as provided in subsection (3) , one-fourth of the persons entitled to vote on any matter at a meeting constitutes a quorum for considering that matter.
Where there is no quorum, as provided in subsection (2) , for considering any matter at a meeting within one-half hour after that matter arises for consideration at that meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same place and time and if there is no quorum, as provided in subsection (2) , for considering that matter at the adjourned meeting within one-half hour after that matter arises for consideration, the number of persons present personally or by proxy and entitled to vote constitutes a quorum for considering that matter.
