### sec.86 Requirements on approval of application
If the private certifier approves the application, the certifier must—
within 5 business days, give the local government a copy of each of the following documents identified in the way stated in subsection (2) —
the application;
the approval documents for the application; and
give the local government the approved form for the documents mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and
pay the fee fixed by the local government under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 or the Local Government Act 2009 for accepting the application and the approval documents.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
For subsection (1) (a) , the documents must be identified by—
marking each of them as documents that relate to the application and that have been approved by the private certifier; or
giving them to the local government with another document that—
identifies each of the documents; and
states their edition number, if any; and
states that they relate to the application and that they have been approved by the private certifier.
