### sec.70 Engineering drawings
This section applies if—
supporting documents for a building development application are in the form of engineer’s drawings or other engineering details; and
the drawings or details were not included with the application; and
the application is approved.
Work on any footings for the building work must not start until the drawings and details for the footings have been approved by the building certifier.
A stage of the building work must not be started until the drawings and details for the stage have been approved by the building certifier.

(sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if— supporting documents for a building development application are in the form of engineer’s drawings or other engineering details; and the drawings or details were not included with the application; and the application is approved.
(sec.70-ssec.2) Work on any footings for the building work must not start until the drawings and details for the footings have been approved by the building certifier.
(sec.70-ssec.3) A stage of the building work must not be started until the drawings and details for the stage have been approved by the building certifier.

- (c) the application is approved.
