### sec.50 Restrictions on building certifying functions that a private certifier (class B) can perform
A private certifier (class B) can not give a final inspection certificate or certificate of occupancy.
A private certifier (class B) can only give a compliance certificate about whether building work complies with the BCA or a provision of the QDC, other than the QDC residential design and siting provisions.
