### sec.39 Applying for fast-track decision The applicant under the variation application, may, in the application, ask the chief executive to decide the application within 2 business days after making the application. A request made under subsection (1) must be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. The chief executive may grant or refuse the request.
