### sec.358 Approval of pool safety inspector courses and tests A QBCC approval in effect under former section 246DG immediately before the commencement continues in effect as if it were a chief executive approval under new section 246DG. In this section— chief executive approval means an approval of the chief executive of requirements for pool safety inspectors. former section 246DG means section 246DG as in force immediately before the commencement. new section 246DG means section 246DG as in force from the commencement.
