### sec.354 Definitions for part
In this part—
affected period means the period starting on 1 January 2010 and ending on the commencement.
former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.
new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement.
order means an order made by a court or tribunal.
prescribed building see section 246M.
