### sec.345 Existing building development applications This section applies to an existing building development application. This Act, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the application as if the Planning (Consequential) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 had not been enacted. In this section— existing building development application means a building development application, as defined in former section 6, to which the Planning Act , section 288 applies. former section 6 means section 6 as in force immediately before the commencement. s 345 ins 2016 No. 27 s 112 (sec.345-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing building development application.
