### sec.285 Continuing application of chs 2, 3 and 4 This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. Chapters 2, 3 and 4 as in force before the commencement continue to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced. In this section— commencement means the day this section commences. s 285 ins 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 (sec.285-ssec.1) This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. (sec.285-ssec.2) Chapters 2, 3 and 4 as in force before the commencement continue to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
