### sec.278 Undecided building development applications A building development application must be decided as if the Building and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006 had not been enacted if— the application is a properly made application; and immediately before the commencement of this section the application had not been decided. s 278 ins 2006 No. 36 s 69 - (a) the application is a properly made application; and - (b) immediately before the commencement of this section the application had not been decided.
