### sec.271 Revocation of decisions or previous variations The unamended Act, section 16, continues to apply to the following as if it had not been repealed by the amending Act— a decision made under the unamended Act, section 15; a variation given under section 30M as in force immediately before the commencement of the Building and Integrated Planning Amendment Act 1998 , part 2 . s 271 ins 1998 No. 13 s 28 sub 2003 No. 53 s 12 - (a) a decision made under the unamended Act, section 15; - (b) a variation given under section 30M as in force immediately before the commencement of the Building and Integrated Planning Amendment Act 1998 , part 2 .
